UK DELIVERY
Free local deliveries within the M25
Remember we can deliver for free by bicycle if you are within the M25.
Please specify 'Pick up' at check out and we'll be in contact to arrange delivery at a time that is convenient for you.
Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail):
Standard delivery - 2-4 working days by Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service - £5.99.
Please note we want you to be happy with your purchase. You can always order several different sizes and colours at the same postage and packaging cost of £5.99. If you end up keeping one/some but want to return the other sizes/colours email lisa@noirvelocity.com to arrange this and we'll reimburse you for the ones you don't want to keep AND the postage and packaging of £5.99 to return them, once they're back at Noir HQ (in an unworn state and still with their swing tags attached).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Europe: Shipping is £10. All items will be sent by Royal Mail International and will take 2-6 working days to reach you.
Rest of the World Shipping (except USA):
Shipping on all the rest of the world orders is £15.
All worldwide orders are sent via Royal Mail International and will take up to 9 working days to reach you. Please note that you may receive your order in multiple consignments.
We are temporarily unable to ship to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Moldova.
USA Shipping
Shipping on US orders is £35, to cover the change in exemptions since August '25. Delivery is Delivery Duty Paid, hence the revised higher postage costs to cover tariffs and duties. All USA orders are sent via Royal Mail International and will take up to 9 working days to reach you.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
To return your goods please follow these instructions:
1. Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt in all the original packaging, with any swing tickets still attached, unworn and unwashed, emailing us first at lisa@noirvelocity.com with the reason for the return. For an exchange, please email us at lisa@noirvelocity.com so we can arrange this.
2. Post back to: Noir Velocity, 3 Ulva Road, London SW15 6AP, UK.
3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us so you may wish to use a tracked service. Keep any postage tracking information.
4. You will receive your refund credit/exchange within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s). An email confirming receipt/dispatch will be sent. Postage will be paid by us for an exchange in the UK, provided that the Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service is used.

6. Gift Cards are non refundable or exchangeable - they can only be used towards the purchase of Noir Velocity goods.
Where you have received a faulty product
We are dedicated to creating technical products that last. If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it free of charge or work with you on another solution. Please do not use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
Refunds are only applicable on receipt of the faulty product back to us, to the cost of product and the postage up to the value Noir Velocity paid to post it to you. Customs duties and sales taxes for orders outside the UK are non-refundable through Noir.
Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.
Exchanges must be for the same item in a different size/colour depending on availability. It is your responsibility to return the item/s in an unworn state with swing tags still attached. You will need to pay to return it to us, email us explaining what you are doing and why and once we receive it back and have checked it, we will send out the different item in a different size/colour for free and refund you the cost of posting it back to us, if you are in the UK and provided that the Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service is used. Once an order has been exchanged there can be no further exchanges on that order.
