Delivery & Refunds Policy

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

We are offering free returns to help you with your Christmas shopping and getting the sizing right. So, if it doesn’t fit, you can return it for another size right up until the end of January. Remember we deliver for free by bicycle if you are within the M25, right up until 24th December, so you won’t have to worry about where your Noir package has got to in the postal system.


If you are outside the M25 (but within the UK) we have found a courier delivery service which is still delivering so can ensure safe passage for Christmas parcels ordered up until 19th December.

DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail, Yodel, FedEx or DHL for all UK and worldwide shipping, and Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for, or FedEx for European deliveries.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

£5.99 for 3-5 working days (not including bank holidays).

UK Standard Delivery shipping and returns are free of charge on orders over £175.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

£11.00 for guaranteed delivery by 1.00pm the next day, order by 12.00pm (orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday excluding Bank Holidays). This is currently not automatically set up on our website so email lisa@noirvelocity.com if you'd like us to arrange this for you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY*

International shipping rates are country-dependant, dispatched within 2-3 working days by DHL Express. Please note that by purchasing our products from abroad, you are agreeing to pay all customs fees and taxes at the border upon arrival.

The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are considered international delivery. 

*As a result of Brexit custom changes, please allow additional time to receive your order if you are located in the EU. Delivery may take longer than usual as we are experiencing delays in customs that are beyond our control. Thank you for your patience.

RETURNS

As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage on orders less than £175 (aside from over the Christmas period, on Christmas purchases, with free returns until the end of January 2023), so we ask you to send it back, with all the original tags still attached, using tracked postage within 28 days of purchase. If not, Noir reserves the right to deny the refund or exchange. Once a return is back and checked over, refunds will be made within 7 business days. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure the product hasn’t been worn, and is in good condition. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email. If you have returned a product in un-sellable condition, we would return it to you and no refund would be issued to you.

If you find the product is faulty, you may also have a right to return these. Please do not use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

We are dedicated to creating technical products that last. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution.

Exchanges only apply for full-priced items and must be for the same item in a different size/colour depending on availability. On sale items, if you would like to size up, down or a different colour on sale items, we recommend placing another order and returning your original purchase.

Refunds are only applicable to the cost of product.  Customs duties and sales taxes for orders outside the UK are non-refundable through Noir.

Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.
